Like in a film

We swim here. We go to the woods with Nick+ Elen . It feels like I'm in a film.

The monkey club

we have been climbing trees. Me and Alex made this den underneath the tree in a bush, and at first we put a barrel into it to make the shape and then because the barrel wouldn't fit we had to use pliers to cut away the branches behind it. And then we pushed the barrel in and left it to go and play play station for a bit, and then we pulled the barrel out and it left a circle shaped base inside. We put a carpet in it, but it has been taken out. The den was a secret base, we have little bases in the tree. We have joined the bases together by cutting away some branches and I found a way to the far side on the top which nobody else can get to. And I have got a little base on my side. We use pine cones as weapons to make enemies run away by throwing at them, but we always miss! But they still run away.

Tomos says " Luke climbed across the tree then he got to the second den, but he dropped loads of pine cones on my head!"

Our day in the woods

With Bob Shaw we made bats out of wood. We also made a proper garden rake, baskets, broom sticks, mushrooms and whistles. We used chisels, lathe, mallets and saws. We made a den in the woods. It was really good and really big - it could fit 5 people in it.

Fantasy farm

We went on a school trip to Fantasy farm. We went on a tractor. I liked the play area and the boats. It was muddy there. We went to the shop and I bought a cup.

I went to Chester Zoo

I saw Giraffes, Monkeys, Gorillas, Snakes, anacondas, baboons, zebras, Elephants. I ate on the bus because it was raining all day.
I went on a train. I went in the shops.

Making a map

There was lots of trees and I liked them.

I liked woods. We sat on a bench. We saw a frog. We had fun.

We plant vegetables.

The after school club

The garden is the best thing in the after school club.
I go there on a Tuesday. I like going to the woods with Iestyn and Chloe.
I like planting with Chloe.
